Round 3 Brian Taber Shield 2013 Report

Congratulations to the Avoca Cricket Team who defeated Erina Heights Public School last Thursday 2ndMay. The bowling and fielding from Avoca was good before drinks but needed to be tighter after as the score from Erina Heights got out to 80 for their innings. Ben Wiseman took three wickets and a special mention to Shane Giuffre who has improved his bowling, bowling two maiden overs and claiming one wicket. Batting well were Broc Hardy 24 and Nicholas Martin 22. The boys chased down the score after 18 overs at 3-81. Good luck in round four.
