Proposed additions to our school uniform

Following consultation with students, staff, parents and carers through the uniform shop, and members of the P&C, Avoca Beach Public School would like to introduce some new items as part of our school uniform.

The suggestions for additional items are:

1) Introduce the option of a red and white polo sports shirt with emblem in addition to the
current sports t-shirt. 

2) Introduce the option of a red zippered jacket with emblem in addition to the current school jumper.

3) Introduce a black school bag with emblem as an option for purchase.

To ensure we provide an opportunity for everyone to have input into the decision we have created a quick survey for you to complete that includes pictures of the proposed items. The survey only has three questions with an option for comment and can be accessed by clicking on to the following link:

Uniform Survey

The proposed additional items will be on display in the office foyer over the next two weeks. We will also be surveying staff and students over the next two weeks to ensure input from all areas of our school community. Once the results are in we will inform you via the newsletter.

Please note that all items of clothing that are currently part of our school uniform will remain the same. The proposed inclusions are in addition to what is already offered as part of our school uniform and provide another option for parents and students.
