Our policies and reports
Our policies and reports help families understand how our school works. Our annual report and school plan show what we’ve done and how we’re improving each year. Our policies address attendance, absences, behaviour, uniform and how we respond to your concerns.
Annual school report
Each year, we share our progress in the annual school report. It gives families a clear picture of how our school is performing and how we’re supporting every student’s success. The report reflects our commitment to openness, accountability and continuous improvement.
The report includes:
- what we’re doing well and where we’re improving
- student achievement and academic progress
- our school vision and goals
- key highlights and milestones
- challenges we’ve faced and how we’re addressing them.
School excellence plan
Our school excellence plan (SEP) is a working document that shows our priorities in learning, teaching and leading. It explains our focus areas for improvement and how we plan to get there. We write our SEP with help from our school community so it reflects our shared priorities.
School Behaviour Support and Management Plan
Our school has a school behaviour support and management plan (SBSMP). The SBSMP helps us create a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment for all students. It sets clear expectations for student behaviour. This includes how we respond to bullying and cyberbullying. We work together with our school community to shape the plan and review it each year.
High Potential and Gifted Education Policy
Our school's High Potential and Gifted Education (HPGE) policy ensures we maximise the learning outcomes for all students and motivate them to reach their full potential across all areas of their learning. We recognise that effective education for gifted students and students with high potential involves a process of identification, support and enrichment opportunities that involve students, teachers, parents and peers.
Enrolment Procedures and Protocols
Our school has Enrolment Procedures and Protocols that ensure a clear and fair process for all families. The procedures explain how local and non-local enrolments are managed in line with Department of Education guidelines. We work closely with families to make the enrolment process supportive, transparent and welcoming for every student.
Class Formation Policy
Our school has a Class Formation Policy that ensures classes are created fairly and thoughtfully to support every student’s learning and wellbeing. The policy outlines how we group students to create balanced and positive learning environments. We consider each child’s academic, social and emotional needs when forming classes each year.
Anti-Bullying Plan
Our school has an Anti-Bullying Plan that supports a safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment for all students. The plan outlines how we prevent, identify and respond to bullying and cyberbullying. We work together with our school community to promote kindness, respect and wellbeing, and we review the plan each year to ensure it meets the needs of our students.
Student Use of Digital Devices and Online Services Procedure
Our school has a Student Use of Digital Devices and Online Services Procedure that supports the safe, respectful and responsible use of technology. The procedure outlines expectations for how students use digital devices and online platforms to enhance learning and wellbeing. We work with our school community to promote positive digital habits and review the procedure each year.
